"Audrey was our trainer for the programme Turn Your Sales Contacts into Sales Contracts . This is a styling programme for retail employees. This programme was conducted over 2 half days to a class of 12 participants. In addition to the classroom training Audrey also did an in-store observation on the participants assessing them on the application of their classroom learning back into their areas of work. The course is part of the curriculum for 3 classes in public relations, integrated marketing communication and even management taught by two of my colleagues, Dr May Lwin and Dr Vivien Chiong, and I.
